Vice President – Sales, Tropicana Beverages North America

In his most recent role, prior to Tropicana, he led the Sales and System Transformation agenda for Purchase, NY based Pepsi-Cola North America working with his team and Pepsi-Cola’s bottling partners on overall Franchise System Strategy and improving bottling system capabilities. Prior to that, he held various general management positions for Pepsi-QTG Canada including leading long-term business unit strategy, running the Foodservice business, overseeing Pepsi-Cola’s bottling relationships, as well as government and public relations. He also helped lead the integration of the Pepsi and QTG business units. He was also a founding member and chairperson of PepsiCo’s Asian Advisory Council.

Fowler has been with PepsiCo for 14 years; starting his career in Finance at Frito-Lay Canada and transitioning to the Pepsi-Cola Canada business unit as Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer in 2001.

Prior to PepsiCo, Fowler spent two and a half years with Bain & Company’s Toronto office. Bain is a global corporate strategy consultancy.

Born and raised in London, Ontario, he holds a Bachelor of Arts in Physical Education and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Western Ontario. Fowler has served on the Boards of Refreshments Canada and Corporations Sharing Responsibility (CSR) on behalf of PepsiCo and is an honored recipient of Canada’s Top 40 Under 40 recognition.

He and his wife, Jacquie, reside in Hinsdale, IL with their two daughters who are both accomplished competitive swimmers. They are avid sports fans and especially enjoy hockey and golf as well as skiing together as a family.
